Age takes its toll on a roof. Nails, slates and tiles do degrade. This means that your roof becomes progressively less able to withstand water penetration, and storm damage and at some point you may be faced with a re-roof.
Loose Slates or Tiles
Many people ask us to upgrade their roof before they go to the re-roof stage. For example, you may have suffered storm damage and need tiles or slates replacing. You may have no roofing felt or insulation.

One of our specialised technicians will complete a full external overhaul of your roof by re-aligning, re-positioning or re-placing any slipped, broken or missing slates/tiles where necessary, re-point the ridge tiles where necessary and remove any loose torching/felt.
Once the external work has been completed and the polyurethane spray foam has been applied your slates/tiles will be stabilised and able to withstand gale force storms. Your loft will be efficiently insulated and that much needed re-roof a thing of the past, as the RoofSURE system is guaranteed for 30 years!

A highly qualified surveyor will inspect the roof and loft area to provide you with a detailed survey report and give you helpful advice and guidance.

REMEDIAL
A full external overhaul is carried out on the roof by re-aligning, repositioning, replacing missing, slipped and craked slates/tiles andr re-point/spot point ridge and hip tiles.

INSTALLATION
Installed and completed in 1-2 fuss free days with no disruption or mess to the customer. Spray applied directly to the underside of your roof, bonding, waterproofing, insulating and transforming your loft.
